Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Randewu’s website (randewu.app), web application (web.randewu.app), and related services (“Service”), operated by Mk Consulting Michał Klepaczko, al. Solidarności 117/207, 00-140 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5252285803 (“we”, “us”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Randewu provides tools for professional event networking, including QR or link-based check-in, attendee profiles, relevance-based matching, curated introductions, meeting suggestions, organizer insights, and post-event follow-up features where available.

Standard functionality is offered free of charge unless otherwise stated. We may introduce optional paid features or limits in the future with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping access credentials confidential.

Organizers may create events and configure participation settings. Attendees join events via links, QR codes, or invitations provided by organizers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity, organization, or professional intent.
• Use the Service for romantic or dating solicitation where contrary to event rules or professional context.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Process personal data of others without a lawful basis and appropriate notices.

5. Organizer responsibilities

If you organize an event, you are responsible for informing attendees about how their data will be used, ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and share attendee information, and complying with applicable event and data protection rules.

You must not use Randewu to send spam or unrelated marketing without proper consent.

6. Intellectual property

We own or license the Service, branding, software, and content we provide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific networking outcomes, matches, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for actions of organizers, attendees, or third parties. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or PLN 500, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Privacy and partner sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including sharing with technology providers and event-related partners as described there. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing described in the Privacy Policy may occur.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Warsaw shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
